Condition on Lawyer’s Approval –
This Offer is conditional for 10 business days upon the Purchaser’s Lawyer reviewing the offer and approving of its terms, failing which this offer shall be null and void and the Purchaser’s deposit returned in full without interest or deduction. This condition is included for the benefit of the Purchaser and may be waived by the Purchaser prior to the conditional period expiring.
Survey Clause – New Survey –
The Vendor agrees to provide a new survey of the Property showing all lot lines, all improvements (all buildings, structures, fences and other improvements) to the property and the distance of all such improvements from the lot lines.
