WATER POTABILITY TESTS ARE CRUCIAL FOR COUNTRY A PURCHASE
If the property you are buying is located in the country, it will probably be serviced by a well. A buyer needs to ensure that the water is potable (drinkable). It is common for an Agreement of Purchase and Sale to indicate that the seller will provide a Water Potability Certificate. It will be prudent for a buyer to arrange for their own water tests to be taken to ensure that the tests are taken correctly and from the purchased property.
Typically three water samples should be obtained, each separated by at least 7 days from the others.
